UPDATE: FFCRA Tax Credits for Paid Leave Extended to March 31, 2021
The FFCRA Act is set to expire on 12/31/2020.
However, a new relief bill has been signed into law, and this bill extends the ability for employers to receive FFCRA Tax Credits on FFCRA SICK and FFCRA FMLA paid through March 31, 2021.
