UPDATE: FFCRA Credits Can be Paid in 2021 Payroll
The IRS updated their website on 12/17 to indicate that FFCRA wages may be paid to employees after December 31, 2020, as long as the leave was taken BEFORE December 31, 2020. This means that FFCRA credits may be paid out in the first payroll in January 2021.
