Presidents! Day Reminder – PayData Closed Monday, February 17th, 2014.
Presidents’ Day
Please be aware that PayData and the
Federal Reserve will be closed on
Monday, February 17th for Presidents Day.
NACHA regulations require that your payroll
processes two business days prior to your check date;
as always we must receive the payroll by 1:00pm.
So please plan accordingly.
What this means to you:
If your check date would normally be on
Monday the 17th, you must change it.
If you change your check date to Friday, February 14th,
you MUST submit your payroll to us no later
than 1:00pm, Wednesday, February 12th.
If you change your check date to Tuesday, February 18th,
you MUST submit your payroll to us no later
than 1:00pm, Thursday, February 13th.
