New York is Increasing the NY Paid Family Leave rate for 2020

NY is increasing the NY PFL rate for 2020.

It will be increasing from 0.153% to 0.270% of an employee’s weekly wage, capped at an annual maximum of $196.72.

Please alert your Client Service Representative when you have processed or submitted your final 2019 payroll. We will take care of updating the rates once you notify us that you have completed 2019 payrolls.
