Labor Day Reminder
NACHA regulations require 2 banking days between the day that your payroll is processed and your check date. As the Federal Reserve and PayData will be closed on Monday, September 2nd this day cannot be counted as one of the banking days.
What this means to you:
If your check date would normally be on Monday the 2nd, you must
change it.
If you change your check date to Friday, August 30th, you MUST submit your payroll to us no later than Wednesday, August 28th.
If you change your check date to Tuesday September 3rd, you MUST submit your payroll to us no later than Thursday, August 29th.
If you normally submit your payroll to us on Monday, September 2nd the earliest check day that you can have will be Thursday, September 5th.
