NACHA regulations require 2 banking days between the day that your payroll is processed and your check date. As the Federal Reserve and PayData will be closed on Monday, October 14^th this day cannot be counted as one of the banking days.

What this means to you:

If your check date would normally be on Monday the 14^th, you must change it.

If you change your check date to Friday, October 11^th you MUST submit your payroll to us no later than Wednesday, October 9th.

If you change your check date to Tuesday, October 15^th, you MUST submit your payroll to us no later than Thursday, October 10th.

If you normally submit your payroll to us on Monday, October 14^th the earliest check day that you can have will be Thursday, October 17^th.
