ATTENTION: COVID Sick Credits Are Set to End December 31st, 2020

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) allowed credits to Employers for wages paid to employees for reasons specifically related to COVID-19.

The FFCRA is set to expire on December 31, 2020. Unless Congress extends the Act, this means that all COVID wages MUST BE paid out with a Check Date no later than 12/31/2020. 

The FFCRA as of this notice, cannot be paid with a check date in 2021.  Please make sure that you are coordinating your final payroll of the year to capture all remaining FFCRA wages.
